Cyberduck cant download folders only files

Hi, I've been using Cyberduck successfully for years now but recently, I'd say in the last month, it hasn't been working for me. At first it appeared I could login successfully to my ftp server, but no files would show up in cyberduck. So it appeared to make a connection, but showed no files. Then I upgraded again recently to 3. I believe I had 3. Anyway now my directory shows up instantly and I can navigate through all of my folders and see all my files.

But I can't upload or download anything. It says listing directory on the file in the transfer window and the progress bar doesn't move at all. Eventually it disconnects. This is very frustrating. Start your free trial today. Nick said. So I'm going to select these by holding down Shift. And then I'll click and drag these over to Cyberduck, and drop them in.

I use cyberduck on an Apple Mac. When I drag a file over to cyberduck I get a little green circle with a plus mark indicating I can drop the file into cyberduck. I find that many times the file ends up in the wrong place and I don't see it where I expect it.

For better success I now just open the destination folder in cyberduck and select upload from the file menu in cyberduck. This opens a browser window allowing me to select the proper file. I find that it is easier to get files where they belong this way. Closed on Oct 23, at PM. S3 folder only showing files.

I have folders where there are 20, files or more and I now can't access them anymore. To my knowledge, they are still there, just not showing in the Cyberduck Browser. I think the new update broke this.

I'm on 7. I cannot reproduce this issue with a bucket in eu-north-1 with files uploaded. Both of these need paying for but I had a fully functional trial. The obvious solution is not to use Cyberduck but the customer won't have it as they connect to other people using it.

I've been to Cyberduck support and they just say it's a permissions issue with the SFTP server setup. I then go to the SFTP server support and they say well, it's works with other clients so won't help.. And the SFTP server software is on the same server as the storage so local permissions. I can't work this out and I cannot get the budget agreed for a paid for SFTP server to satisfy one customer.

Any body seen this issue anywhere else or can offer any troubleshooting steps I may not have taken? Any thoughts appreciated.
